We are one of the most sophisticated catering and Pâtisserie company in South Africa having more than 10 years’ experience.
Differentiated since our concept, we only use premium, fresh and, when possible, organic ingredients. Besides that, we do not add preservatives, emulsifiers, instant pre mix or any other chemical that could compromise the flavour or quality of our products. And now we serve our quality from our two amazing venues: Parkhurst & Honeydew.

Graduated by the great names of Brazilian and French Pastry, she also has a bachelor in Fashion Administration. After polishing her knowledge in Dubai and Brazil, in 2010 Mirlene moved to South Africa and created Coppa.
Perfectionist, passionate about her work and always seeking new techniques for outstanding results, you can count on Mirlene to develop any recipe that will blow your mind. Her cakes and sweets are to die for!

Jesué is a chef from the heart. He leads our frozen range creating new recipes for the everyday life.
He is passionate about comfort food and root gastronomy. He always finds a healthier way to cook. If you taste his snacks, you will become addicted.
