Graduated by the great names of Brazilian and French Pastry, she also has a bachelor in Fashion Administration. After polishing her knowledge in Dubai and Brazil, in 2010 Mirlene moved to South Africa and created Coppa.
Perfectionist, passionate about her work and always seeking new techniques for outstanding results, you can count on Mirlene to develop any recipe that will blow your mind. Her cakes and sweets are to die for!

Dynamic, creative and innovative; this young chef began his career at one of the best schools of gastronomy in Brazil (CEG /FRANCE).
He widened his knowledge in South Africa at one of the finest schools in the country, at Prue Leith Chefs Academy. He likes challenges and is dedicated to the art of roots cooking, priming for the use of organic ingredients in his dishes. He also loves to experiment with meat dishes.
